User Accounts and Eligibility

You Agree NOT To:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

User Content and Uploads

You retain all ownership rights to the medical bills and documents you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Content Restrictions

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

• Does not violate any third-party rights (copyright, privacy, etc.)
• Does not contain malicious code or viruses
• Does not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. You may delete your User Content at any time through your account settings.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by MyMedicalBillAudit and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or information obtained from the Service

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your requirements or expectations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYMEDICALBILLAUDIT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyMedicalBillAudit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your User Content

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption during transmission and, when possible, removal of obvious personal identifiers prior to analysis. We do not claim formal HIPAA certification or compliance.

Termination and Suspension

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your User Content and account data in accordance with our data retention policies
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions

Informal Resolution

Changes to These Terms
